This app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) served from `https://admin.tenegna.com`.

## Data we handle
- Administrator account credentials and session cookies (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite)
- Facility configuration, staff directories, and community Q&A moderation actions
- Optional push notification tokens for operational alerts

## What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not request device contacts, SMS, call logs, or location for install
- The service worker only caches same-origin static assets for offline shell performance
